Instructional designer. AI workforce strategist. I build the learning that makes AI make sense to real people.

I'm Carly Becker, an instructional designer and AI workforce capability leader. I design enterprise learning that helps people adopt AI with confidence, judgement, and a human firmly in the loop. From a 20,000-person AI literacy rollout to published applied AI research, my work lives where creativity, strategy, and real organizational change meet.

How I Work

I build AI capability the way it actually sticks: by treating resistance as uncertainty, not defiance. People don't fear AI because they're unwilling. They fear it because no one has given them a safe place to ask real questions and try things without consequence. My work creates that space, then backs it with rigorous evaluation, honest reporting of what didn't work, and a roadmap for what comes next. I follow the curiosity, trust the data, and never lose sight of the people it's all for.

What I Do

I design and lead learning that moves organizations forward in the AI era: enterprise AI literacy, leader enablement, applied AI integration in eLearning, and the strategy and governance work that makes it credible. Whether it reaches twenty thousand people or seventeen expert reviewers, the goal is the same: capability that lasts, built on evidence.
