Workplace Violence De-Escalation

Designed enterprise-wide training equipping employees to recognize, prevent, and respond to escalating situations; made available on an optional basis to all 20,000+ employees, with 1,418 choosing to complete it.

Psychological Safety and Belong Curriculum

Designed three mandated, enterprise-wide courses covering psychological safety, speaking up culture, and inclusive experiences; achieved 100% completion across the employee population.
