From Curiosity to Capability

Most people don't need another lecture on AI. They need a safe setting, a real prompt, and someone to say "try it." Prompt labs are structured hands-on sessions where participants practice writing and refining AI prompts in real time, using both personal and professional examples. That's the format behind every activation effort here.

HR Prompt Labs

Three hands-on sessions designed for HR employees across functions including HR business partners and talent acquisition; 176 attended across 2025, and 94% left likely to apply what they learned in their work or personal life.AI Champions then led their own area-specific sessions.

IS AI Summit Prompt Lab

Co-led the Novice/Beginner breakout at Cincinnati Children's first-ever institution-wide AI Summit, an event open to all employees across every role and skill level. The prompt lab component featured four skill-differentiated tracks: Novice/Beginner, Intermediate, and two Advanced sessions; the overall session drew 325 participants at peak and earned a 4.48/5 average rating.

AI in Action (C2E2)

Co-led a session at the Cincinnati Children's Educator Empowerment Series introducing health educators to practical AI tools; participants actively prompted alongside the presenters, applying AI to real scenarios from their own educational practice; co-led with Laura Werts and Em Gootee.

HR All-Staff Presentation

Presented a 10-minute update on the HR AI Steering Committee and AI Horizons subcommittee work to approximately 300 HR employees, closing with a "How to Get Involved in AI" call to action.
